Normally, it costs $14 so if their child is turning 5 during their birthday, they can buy it for $5 at a flat rate. They’ll also host a special birthday ceremony in their store where they can get a birthday cake and party hat as well. Their child will also be able to ring the birthday bell in-store and their birthday will be announced in the workshop. 

Build-A-Bear has a number of stores located across the United States and they do offer international delivery to various customers abroad. However, due to complicated customs regulations, they do not ship to Costa Rica, Nigeria, Uganda, Russia, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Thailand, Pakistan, Malaysia, Kenya, Israel and Mexico.
