The story of LongHorn Steakhouse begins in 1981 with one man's love for steak. Though he was an expert at steaks, he didn't have enough customers to experience his passion and expertise. But a freak snowstorm resulted in stranded motorists discovering the fantastic quality and taste, getting addicted to it, and ultimately resulting in the success story as we know it today.
