TAGheuer is a luxury Swiss brand, founded in 1860 by Edouard Heuer. Based in La Choux de Fonds, they specialise in watches among other niche products like eyewear and accessories.
They have won multiple awards for best product design and best watch awards over the years. With varying partnerships ranging from Aston Martin, Manchester United FC, Formula One and more, they love to make a social impact. Motto
One of TAGheuer's motto is “don't crack under pressure,” which hints at their product quality and workmanship. The “TAG” in their name stands for “techniques avant-garde,” roughly translated to advanced techniques, which symbolizes their dedication to developing and perfecting new techniques and products for the benefit of the consumers.
TAGheuer is one of the few Swiss watch manufacturers to have been rated moderately environmentally friendly by the worldwide find for now (WWF) in 2018. They are a member of the responsible jewellery council (RJC) which imbibes within them the qualities of ethics, social and human rights during the manufacture of their products. They are also a signed member of the Kimberley process, which is a treaty signed by over 80 countries to ensure sourcing of diamonds from conflict-free zones so as to avoid social and ethical issues.

Products
Their product line is a diverse one, ranging from eyewear to accessories, to watches. They even have self-branded smartphones, with their luxurious designs and build quality, along with modern features and amenities.
TAGheuer has limited online shopping opportunities provided, but visiting one of their 4,500 boutiques and licensed dealers worldwide would not be difficult at all, no matter where one might be.
TAG's signature watches are divided into mainly 6 collections. They are the Carrera, Monaco, Link, Aquaracer and Formula 1.
The Carrera is inspired by motor racing and is one of the few luxury timepieces to offer choices on chronograph timepieces with rubber straps, although the classic leather and metal links are available. Most of these timepieces feature an almost completely see-through dial to visualize the beautiful inner mechanisms and workings.
The Monaco series is inspired after the watches worn by Steve McQueen, an American actor colloquially known as the “King of cool.” This collection features classic timepieces with squared off classy designs and timeless leather accessories.
The Link collection showcases classic watches with an entirely metal build with the optional embellishment of diamonds, crystals, or any other jewellery one can imagine. These are said to be comfortable while remaining elegant and classy, offered in automatic mechanisms with a classic metal dial.
The Aquaracer collection, as the name suggests, are inspired by the world of watersports. The waterproofing in these watches are of a heightened degree, for use during said sports.
The Formula 1 collection is marketed towards race enthusiasts with beautiful designs and the added benefits of having a chronograph, stopwatch and lap timers built right into these luxury pieces.
There is also a speciality connected modular series of watches, TAGheuer was one of the first manufacturers to come out with a luxury smartwatch and their expertise shine through with this collection of brilliant, well designed and thought out smartwatches. To the common eye, they appear to be a luxury timepiece, but the brains inside the watch allow it to perform functions one can expect from any smartwatch.
